Catoctin Creek Wonderwheel American Malt Whisky Release

On Monday, January 17th, at 8:00 a.m., Catoctin Creek is releasing their collaboration with McDowell Brew Kitchen in Leesburg, Virginia. The Wonderwheel is an American malt whisky made from McDowell's IPA, then aged for over four years in used rye whisky barrels. This is the oldest malt whisky they've released to date, and is really elegant whisky.  Look for long deep caramel tones, both in taste and in color, with a characteristic maltiness topped with a floral quality imparted by the hops in the beer. Catoctin Creek will release Wonderwheel in their online store on Monday morning, 8:00 a.m. No need to stand in line, just order online and pick it up at your leisure, or they'll ship it to you in Virginia. Please note, the product will show unavailable or out-of-stock until the release day and will not be available in-store at release time.
