Celebrate Easter at Xiquet on Sunday, April 5, 2026, with Chef Danny Lledó presenting a vibrant menu inspired by the flavors of Valencia and the season’s finest ingredients, all highlighted by Xiquet’s signature woodfire cooking.
The menu begins with small coastal bites, including Bunyelo (blue crab with Old Bay aioli) and Musclos (mussels in escabeja with carrot sauce), followed by a Canary Island sea bass with blood orange, saffron, and fennel, and the signature Alicante method paella featuring Maine lobster and Kristal caviar. Mains include dry-aged squab with foie mousse and young Iberian lamb chop with cherry jus, culminating with spring-inspired desserts such as La Primavera Aquesta Ací (caramel, corn, orange) and traditional Spanish Easter bread.
