Harvey's, the new Falls Church restaurant, will be celebrating Halloween on Thursday, October 27th with a costume contest, festive libations, and seasonal dishes on their expansive patio to benefit the Tinner Hill Foundation. Free candy will be distributed to kids who attend with their parents. Audacious Aleworks will be serving a variety of selections to quench guests thirst. The costume contest will be separated into three categories: Best Overall, Best Couple, and Best Homemade Costumes.
