Toast to America's Birthday this year with a delicious meal and champagne. Chef Nicholas Stefanelli and the team at Officina have created a three-course meal, and they have teamed up with beverage director John Filkins to pair the meal with 2004 Louis Roederer Cristal and 2018 Domaine Ott Chateau de Selle Rose.
