For those who did not get the chance to try it or for those who have been craving it ever since, Smokecraft has you covered. This year has been hard enough so let Smokecraft take your holiday stress off by ordering the build your own holiday dinner, customizable with a la carte offerings or set dinner packages. All options are available for takeout. The National Turkey Federation Turkey Smoke Grand Champions will be continuing to push the limits of barbecue with their menu, expanding holiday offerings to include whole smoked ducks and smoked legs of lamb, in addition to their award-winning whole smoked turkey. Smokecraft has everything for your holiday dinner including appetizers such as applewood smoked baked brie, side items such as duck fat roasted fingerling potatoes, bottle(s) of wine selected by Sommelier Jon Yeager, growlers, and even desserts like their smoked eggnog bread pudding, all available a la carte. Each item mentions the ingredients and serving size. All pre-orders need to be completed by Sunday, December 20 at 12:00 p.m. for Christmas pick-up, and by Sunday, December 28 at 12:00 p.m. for New Year's Eve pick-up.
