Celebrating One Year At Smokecraft Modern BBQ

Smokecraft Modern BBQ, is celebrating one year in the neighborhood with a special one-time dinner menu.  Known for its modern take on traditional BBQ,  the menu will feature an array of a la carte appetizers, entrees, and a special dessert, allowing you to mix and match.  Following owner/pitmaster Andrew Darneille's “golden rule” that all food must be touched by fire or smoke, special appetizers include fire-grilled artichokes and bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers, entrees include a chipotle cherry half duck and baby back ribs, and dessert finishes off with the seasonal spicy smoked blueberry crisp.
