Celebrating Women's History Month with Republic Restoratives at The Red Hen

The Red Hen is again participating in Republic Restoratives' annual Women's History Month celebration, a citywide effort to honor strong female idols through special cocktails. To celebrate, The Red Hen will pour "The Vespa" in honor of Audrey Hepburn. The cocktail uses Assembly Gin & Civic Vodka as the base, along with Cocchi Americano, Expressed Lemon. The Italian influences shine through in this take on the most classic of martinis.
