Ceviche Bar Experience at Oyamel
Guests are invited to join Oyamel for their 6-seat ceviche bar for a private dinner with the culinary and beverage teams. Learn about the flavors and history of each dish from master storyteller chef Omar Rodriguez, while the beverage team creates each cocktail pairing in front of you. Each seating includes a five-course menu with beverage pairings. Tickets are priced at $115 per person; purchase tickets here. Two seatings will be held each night at 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
