Pick from two sessions, 12:00pm and 2:00pm and join Pearmund Cellars for a wine tour, led by their wine team. Guest will enjoy sparkling wine. and a pairing of Chardonnays from all over the world with dishes created to go with each of them. Wine will be selecte from Burgundy, Napa and Vrginia.
The Day's Menu will include:
Shrimp Ceviche - accompanied with Raw and Grilled Oysters
Roasted Vegitables and Mozzarella salad
Choice of: Glazed Miso Halibut OR Chicken Dijonase
Berries and Vanilla in Orange Custard
Tickets are $70 per person and space is limited to 30 person per session.
