Cheese Of The Month: Colors Of Fall

Enjoy the monthly Cheese of the Month Club party, where Via Umbria will be helping you pick out the best Annatto Dyed Cheeses they have to offer. Their cheesemonger will give the insiders information on which of these fall colored cheeses you should be stocking up on and as always, they'll unveil a bonus cheese selected by their cheesemonger to tantalize your taste buds. You'll taste and learn how to make dishes featuring each cheese and will take home recipe cards so you can recreate the experience at home.
