Cheesetique Meet the Mozzarella Tasting

Cheesetique Del Ray invites guests to kick off MozzarellaFest with a deliciously interactive tasting event on Tuesday, July 1st at 7 PM in the cozy Wine Library. Led by cheese expert Jill Erber, this guided experience explores the rich world of Italy’s most iconic cheeses—including fresh cow’s milk mozzarella, creamy buffalo mozzarella, indulgent burrata, and aged provolone—perfectly paired with prosciutto and other classic accompaniments. The hour-long session also features three Italian wines (two whites and one red) to complement each tasting. Priced at $45 per person, the event includes all cheeses, pairings, and wines.
