Cheesetique Online Class: National Cheese Day

On Wednesday, June 4th at 7 PM, join “Cheese Lady” Jill Erber for a fun and flavorful virtual celebration of National Cheese Day! In this one-hour online class, Jill will guide attendees through a tasting of the most beloved cheeses in Cheesetique’s 20+ year history. Each kit, designed to serve 2–4 people, includes a surprise selection of five stellar cheeses, accompaniments, and crackers. For those who wish to elevate the experience, an optional bottle of Les Brebis Pinot Noir 2023—the most popular red wine at Cheesetique—is available as an add-on. Fermented in small lots with native yeast and aged in French oak barrels, this Willamette Valley wine pairs beautifully with the curated cheeses.
