Chef Masako Morishita of Perry's will join the kitchen at Hill East Burger for one night only as the latest guest chef of the restaurant's ongoing pop-up series. Morishita will offer a menu composed of standouts from her seasonal menu at Perry's plus two new dishes exclusive to the pop-up: Wagyu Teriyaki Burger and Shiokoji Ranch Loaded Fries. The menu is available from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m.
