Chef Paolo Dungca Kitchen Takeover

As part of their new monthly Guest Chef Takeover Series for the summer, Gravitas welcomes Chef Paolo Dungca of Pogiboy as their first guest for a kitchen takeover. Feast on a five-course tasting menu inspired by the flavors of the Philippines. A portion of the evening's proceeds benefits HWAO (Helping Women and Others), a foundation dedicated to providing accessible and affordable healthcare to women in the Philippines. "Pogi" is Tagalog for "handsome" and we are anticipating an array of very handsome plates to present to you. $125 per person plus taxecs and fees.
