Chef Peter Prime has had quite a year gaining recognition for his small but impactful menu at Cane. Intense flavors of the Caribbean flow through each menu item from his famous smoked, jerk wings to the mango glazed and grilled oxtail. This holiday season Chef Peter is cooking up a holiday feast full of the Trinidadian flavors everyone loves at Cane. Christmas menu highlights include Berkshire ham ($220 9-10lbs), pastelles ($12 each, 5 for $50), pigeon peas ($40 quart), sorrel infused/mulled wine ($30 750 ml), and more. Menus sold al a carte.
