Join Tim Ma for a 5-course dinner by local DC chefs as they help raise funds for those in need in Maui. A portion of proceeds from the dinner will be donated to local Hawaii organization and World Central Kitchen and their ongoing efforts to everyone affected. The all star line-up of chefs include: Tom Cunanan, Matt Baker, Matthew Sperber, Susan Bae, Jaren Morrow, Rahul Vinod, Patrice Cleary, Pichet Ong, Erik Bruner Yang, Cable Smith, Amy Brandwein, Rebekka Baltzell, Kurt Evans, Derek Watson, Paolo Dungca, Ari Augenbaum, Peter Chang, and Taqueria Habanero.
