The Michelin minted Fiola pays tribute to Trabocchi’s Italian heritage with a five-course Feast of the Seven Fishes featuring stunning seafood like tuna tonnato, a bluefin tuna with winter lettuces, agrumato, and piemontese tonnato sauce ($195+ per person). Celebrate the bounty of the yuletide season, tucked away in a custom-designed Yurt featuring an exclusive five-course menu of savory dishes sourced from Chancellors Rock Farm ($170 per person). Or, with the Feast for Two To-Go ($290+) featuring a five-course menu with dishes like the caserecce & crab with jumbo lump blue crab, pappa al pomodoro, and red king prawn essence, served alongside seasonal sides like the root vegetable gratin with pecorino and caramelized shallots. Presents arrive to take home, including apple cider coffee cake, gingerbread cookies, and spiced hot chocolate mix to enjoy throughout the holiday weekend. The five-course Feast of the Seven Fishes is priced $195 per person. The dine-in experience with an exclusive five-course menu sourced from Chancellors Rock Farm is priced at $170 per person. The Feast for Two To-Go is priced at $290. Option for add-ons. Fiola will be open on Christmas Eve from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. American Express credit cards are the sole form of payment accepted in the Yurts, reservations available. If choosing the meal to go, The Christmas Feast must be ordered by Sunday, December 20th at 12:00 p.m. for pickup on Wednesday, December 23rd from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. All holiday menus will be available on Wednesday, December 23rd, Thursday, December 24th, and Saturday, December 26th.
