Join Chef Drew for a fun night tasting delicious, classic and inventive grilled cheese sandwiches while sipping various craft beers. As you work your way through the night’s offerings, you will gain a basic understanding of which beer styles pair best with which types of cheese. You will learn how to build your grilled cheese with various ingredients, both common and perhaps a bit uncommon. Sample sandwiches for the evening include classic grilled cheese with cheddar, swiss cheese and caramelized onions, goat cheese and roasted red peppers.
