Cooking Class Series: BBQ Bonanza

BLT Steak and Chef Michael Bonk are launching a Spring/Summer Cooking Class Series aimed to improve your culinary skills, in a fun, educational, and interactive setting. In this class, roll up your sleeves to learn grilling techniques that are sure to impress guests at any BBQ gathering this summer. Immediately following the class, you will receive an exclusive kitchen tour before sitting down to a delicious three-course lunch with pairings from the steakhouse’s wine cellar. Spots can be reserved for $100 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
