Guest chef, Mollie Katzen, is the author of The Moosewood Cookbook (1974), one of the best-selling cookbooks of all time and an integral piece of work on vegetarianism, seasonal cooking, and conscious eating. A first edition of Katzen’s cookbook is on display in a section of the FOOD exhibition that explores how alternative communities produced new food-distribution systems in the 1960s and 1970s. Join a discussion of this rich culinary history with an innovator of that movement. The event is free and will begin at 1:00 p.m. For more information, click here.
