Saturday, April 29, Independent Bookstore Day, is right around the corner! Get ready for this national one-day party celebrating independent bookstores across the country.

Mark your calendars to visit all the locations on April 29 for special happenings and exclusive Indie Bookstore Day swag. And gearing up for not one, but TWO DC book crawls, plus a chance to win a free year of audiobooks!
 

• Indiearth Book Crawl – #indiearthdc is a District-wide bookstore crawl starting Earth Day (this Saturday, April 22) to Independent Bookstore Day (Saturday, April 29). Download your Indiearth passport and follow @indiearth on Instagram to join the fun 
• #DCBookstoreDay – From Saturday, April 29 to Sunday, April 30, Pick up a DC Book Crawl map from Politics and Prose or other participating DC bookstore. Visit at least 5 stores on the map on IBD, then turn it in at any store for a free mystery prize from that store 
• Libro.fm Golden Ticket Contest – Find the Golden Ticket hidden at our Union Market location on Independent Bookstore Day and you’ll win a year of audiobooks from @libro.fm
