Daikaya Izakaya Introduces Limited-Time Hand Roll Bar Experience

Daikaya Izakaya unveils a limited-time Hand Roll Bar, offering you an immersive Japanese dining experience centered around handcrafted temaki. Available from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m., the five-night experience celebrates the precision, simplicity, and artistry of hand rolls prepared to order.

You can choose from premium offerings including Bluefin Chutoro & Caviar, Japanese Kampachi, Hokkaido Bafun Uni, Scallop, and Salmon Avocado, alongside signature creations such as Crispy Catfish, Spicy Tuna, Shishito Nanban, Mapo Tofu, and Tofu & Anchovy. Diners may also enjoy curated hand roll sets, including the Standard Set ($42), Premium Set ($50), and Veggie Set ($30), each offering a guided tasting of Chef Kitamura’s menu.  All prices include gratuity.
