Top Chef winner Mei Lin is bring her popular Szechuan hot fried chicken sandwich to YELLOW for a one-day pop-up with Michael Rafidi. The pair will be collaborating on a Szechuan hot chicken pita sando with habibi bird sauce, cabbage slaw, and pickled chilis; Daybird's Hong Kong milk tea with ceylon, assam, english breakfast tea blend, and creamy condensed milk; YELLOW's damask rose milk tea with assam blend and toasted cardamom all alongside YELLOW's full menu. No tickets are necessary for the event, and the pop-up will be held from 11:00 a.m. until supplies are sold out.
