Dinner At The Chef's Table: Autumn In The Countryside

In Italy, a common ritual to highlight great weather is spending weekend getaways in Campagna (the countryside). To honor this ritual, Via Umbria has created a menu that emphasizes the best autumn seasonal ingredients that take center stage in the Italian countryside. This decadent, countryside-inspired menu includes an antipasto of Mushroom Salad with Celeriac, Porcini Vinaigrette and Taleggio Crostini followed by Housemade Pappardelle with Duck Ragu and Pecorino Toscano; dishes that are perfect for a weekend escape to the green countryside of Umbria.
