Dinner With Lail Vineyards

On September 11, 2019 BlackSalt is proud to be hosting a special evening with Robin Lail of Lail Vineyards in Napa Valley, in order to raise money for wildfire victims in California. It has been almost a year out from the fires that took people’s homes, workplaces and the lives of over 100, including 6 firefighters. The fires affected wine country acutely with the fiercest flames covering Sonoma and Napa Counties. Robin, who a guest recently called “The Queen of Napa Valley,” heard that the Black Restaurant Group was raising money for wildfire victims and graciously volunteered to come out to DC for this dinner. She is the 4th generation of her family to make wines in Napa. The Sauvignon Blanc & Cabernet Sauvignon are produced with classic Bordeaux technique using California fruit.
