Downtown Columbia Community Art Day

The Howard Hughes Corporation, in partnership with the Downtown Columbia Arts and Culture Commission, is proud to host AIR UNBOUND 2022 featuring four incredible artists who are evolving from traditional methods and creating captivating experiences in new and unexpected realms, including projection mapping, 3D models, virtual reality environments, holographic projections, and soundscape immersions. This year’s AIR UNBOUND program kicks off with the UNBOUND Interactive Community Event on October 29th, featuring four sets of workshops, demonstrations and performances set around the themes of heritage, community and expression. The day’s program is designed to allow you to collaborate with local artists to create works that will be subsequently transformed and displayed at the following week’s UNBOUND Exhibition in Merriweather District on November 4th and 5th.The October 29th Community Event will feature four distinct workshops offering exciting opportunities for the whole family to participate. UNBOUND Interactive Community Event is free and open to the public. Video and photography are encouraged for both media and visitors. Additional photography, b-roll, and interviews will be available to members of the media upon request. Saturday, October 29th from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. For more information, please click here.
