“Duck Duck Chef” Series Launch with Chef Eric Adjepong at CUT DC
1050 31st Street NW
CUT D.C. introduces Duck Duck Chef, a seasonal chef collaboration series centered around its signature whole Jurgielewicz Duck, presented tableside. For one night only, Executive Chef Andrew Ho welcomes guest chefs to reinterpret the experience through their own culinary ingenuity.
The inaugural dinner features Chef Eric Adjepong—restaurateur, “Top Chef” finalist, and Food Network host—who brings his native Ghanaian perspective to the dish.
Rooted in tradition and reimagined through West African flavor, the experience highlights crisp lacquered duck layered with notes of dawadawa, grains of selim and tamarind, paired with vibrant condiments and textures that reflect the depth and diversity of his homeland’s cuisine. This marks the first in an ongoing series spotlighting notable chefs and their interpretations of CUT’s signature duck.
