Spring has arrived and Mandarin Oriental, Washington DC is celebrating with a lavish brunch and fun-filled Easter egg hunt. Muze Executive Chef Stefan Kauth and Chef de Cuisine Andrew Powers deliver a spring buffet that has the whole family in mind. Entrée highlights include herb-roasted Cornish game hen, grilled cod, and Cacio e Pepe. A variety of desserts include fig cake, strawberry and rhubarb tarts, cherry cake and more. Children will enjoy a little fans buffet and complimentary Easter egg hunt with a special visit from the Easter bunny. Reservations are required.
