In celebration of Easter, Chef Tony at Iron Gate has crafted special family-style brunch and dinner menus, providing guests the opportunity to explore the rich Italian culinary traditions surrounding the holiday. On Sunday, April 21st, Iron Gate Restaurant will exclusively offer a delectable three-course, shareable experience for brunch. Some brunch menu items include focaccia, country ham, mozzarella, lemon, and arugula; rock shrimp arancini, spring peas, saffron, and pistachio pesto; and poached earth and eats eggs, creamy polenta, cherry tomato pomodoro, and parmesan. For dinner, they will offer their a la carte menu in addition to an Easter rendition of their cherished Chef’s Family Table option. Some dinner menu items include antipasto salad, chickpeas, soppressata, provolone, olive, and chili aioli; mixed grill of local lamb, sicilian meatballs, chop, spiced sausage, and involtini; and lemon-ricotta fitters, macerated strawberries, and chantilly cream.
