The Malaysian-inspired sports bar, Thirsty Crow, is launching a summer pop-up series featuring a guest chef who will prepare a selection of bites for guests and the sounds of special guest DJ Eskimo beginning at 7:00 p.m. each nice. The menu will feature Thai noodles from Kitima Boonmala of Toh Roong, cocktails from the mind of Al Thompson of Prosper, birria tacos as prepared by Marco Salierna of Churros Taqueria, and a selection of dishes from Matthre Gaston's Afro-Portuguese concept: Frango. Eats and Beats does not require a special ticket or reservation, and will be held each Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
