Experimental Cocktail at Lapop: Afghan Tiki Night

Join Lapop for their second Experimental Cocktail night where they attempt to discover “Afghan Cocktails”. For each installment of the Experimental Cocktail Night they partner with one distillery to come up with a menu of cocktails which only utilize spirits made by that distillery.
This experimental cocktail night will feature a tiki cocktail menu that incorporates tropical ingredients typically found in tiki such as pineapple, coconut, and of course lots of rum with fruits that are widely consumed by Afghans such as cantaloupe, honeydew, peaches, and plums. Although they plan on staying true to tiki by presenting their cocktails in traditional ceramic mugs with absurd garnishes, they will also be exploring spirit forward drinks such as old fashion variations with a tiki-afghan twist.
