Fairmont Paella Nights Return this September

Fairmont Washington D.C, Georgetown is thrilled to announce the return of Paella Nights for two weeks this September! Both evenings will be held in the lush landscaping of the Courtyard Bar, the perfect setting for snuggling up next to one of the cozy fire pits to enjoy authentic Paella with shrimp, chicken, mussels and a myriad of secret ingredients. Chef Jordi Gallardo will be serving up his family recipe, borne in his hometown of Barcelona, from his giant pan and paiella station. The dish will also be accompanited by an array of gazpacho, pan con tomate, manchego cheese, serrano ham, tortilla de patatas, olives, anchovies, and flan de caramelo. Paella is priced at $18 per person and $10 for children up to 12 years old, excluding tax and gratuity. Red and white sangria specials will be available all evening. Paella will be served from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each week; reservations may be made by emailing [email protected]
