Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown’s Canine Ambassador Georgie, invites friends and neighbors to stop by with their canine companions for Fairmont’s 12th annual Howl-O-Ween. Local celebrities will award prizes like overnight stays and dinners at the hotel, to costumed dogs with the most creative, most adorable, funniest and honorable mention costumes. All dogs will be treated to peanut butter doggie biscuits and canine coolers will be placed throughout the courtyard.
