Share a sneak peek of the coronation cake prepared by Fairmont Washington D.C. and indulge in a special coronation-themed menu the week leading up to the coronation of King Charles, III and Queen Consort Camilla. The coronation cake, designed by Executive Pastry Chef Claus Olsen, is a seven-tiered fruitcake featuring the King's favorite blue delphiniums and his hand-painted monogram in 24K gold. Guests can also enjoy special cocktails and menu items; all priced a la carte. The cake will be on display beginning Monday May 1st and available for viewing from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. through Friday, May 5th.
