Poca Madre’s cooking class series continues with an afternoon of guisados, traditional Mexican braised meats. Enjoy a welcome cocktail as chef Faiz Ally shares his techniques on light butchery and cooking northern barbacoa, birria and tinga poblano, the perfect comfort foods for this crisp fall weather.
