Family-Style Summer Supper at RdV Vineyards

Summer is coming to a close, and with it is RdV Vineyard's Summer Supper series. For their final dinner of the season, Ruthie's All Day chef, Matt Hill, will be firing up the smoker for a delicious family-style menu. The evening will begin with a glass of champagne and passed hors d'oeuvres, such as tuna tartare, and piquillo pepper gazpacho with pickled shrimp. Seated dinner will consist of crafted Southern classics like Carolina-style pulled pork, sweet corn & romano bean succotash, and oak smoked prime beef brisket, all paired with a selection of wines including RdV Rendezvous. Everything will be topped off with homemade ice cream sundaes with all the fixings, including bourbons peaches, dark chocolate ganache, and chantilly cream. Cost for the evening is $285 per person, reservations can be made here. Please note - seating for this evening will be at one long table. Champagne and passed hors d'oeurves will begin at 6:30 p.m., and dinner in the fermentation room will begin at 7:00 p.m.
