Showcasing Rhone-style wines from Tablas Creek, host Marc Lotterie, a French-American wine professional, will guide diners through his selections, designed to complement each dish. Guests will journey through glasses including refreshing whites and expressive reds, paired with dishes including a poached lobster crostini and cannelloni with a short rib ragu. Hailing from renowned wineries such as Châteauneuf du Pape, Chateau de Beaucastel in Bordeaux, and most notably Tablas Creek Vineyards in California, Marc is dedicated to connecting his French heritage and American upbringing by promoting French wines in the American market.
