Free Women’s Day Fitness Event at Westfield Montgomery

Westfield Montgomery is launching a free monthly fitness series that they are calling Shopping is my Cardio. The first event will celebrate International Women's Day. Christie Horan is a professional dancer and founder of MCG (Move Challenge Grow) and will teach a high-energy Barre Sculpt class that’s perfect for all fitness levels at 10:00 a.m. in Westfield Montgomery’s Center Court.

After the workout, you will have the opportunity to create personalized friendship bracelets and enjoy exclusive shopping and dining gifts.
