French Family Dinner With Wine

There’s nothing better than sharing a great meal and a bottle or two of wine with friends.  Chef/owners Christophe & Michelle Poteaux present a family-style dinner with wine. Just like a French family enjoying a meal together everything will be served via platters, with wine on the table. The menu will include Amuse gueules--Patés, saucissons, olives and assorted nuts with a Kir Royal; Hors d’Oeuvres of Crudités salad followed by Brandade de Morue--Atlantic Cod gratin; Roti de boeuf, petits legumes--Roasted Striploin whole, red wine jus, glazed carrots, cipoline, roasted mushrooms and pommes rissoles; Les Fromages—a cheese platter for the table and for dessert, Chantilly filed choux puffs with chocolate fudge sauce.  Dinner wines on each table will be the Foucher Chardonnay "Petit Le Mont" 2018 and Pontbriand Vaucluse 2017 Rouge (blend of Grenache, Caladoc, and Syrah).
