Grand Cata teams up with Tepui Culinary Experiences for a special collaboration celebrating Latin American desserts and dessert wines. To close out Hispanic Heritage Month, founder and chef Gaby Montes de Oca—member of the James Beard Foundation’s Legacy Network—will guide guests through a showcase of traditional Latin American sweets. Each dessert will be perfectly paired with a selection of world-class dessert wines, highlighting styles and techniques that date back centuries yet remain delightfully underappreciated. Guests can look forward to three desserts paired with three wines during this one-of-a-kind afternoon session. The event begins at 3:00 PM on October 11th, 2025, at Grand Cata’s Shaw Flagship. Tickets are $40 per person and include all tastings.
