Habibi Sofra Club is a monthly series where Albi invites chefs they admire - some of their habibis - to collaborate on a one-night only Sofra experience for charity.
Chef Rubba is the sole hometown Habibi in this year's series - he's Chef & Partner at the celebrated Oyster Oyster in Shaw where his focus on seasonal vegetarian cuisine and the restaurant's namesake bivalve mollusk are a reflection of his commitment to ethical farming and sustainability. This edition of Habibi Sofra Club will be a 100% vegetarian menu.
Tickets are $150 per person w/ wine tastings for an additional $95 per person. This event has several time available and reservations can be made here.
