To celebrate Halloween, Chef Malcolm Frederick at Logan Tavern has created a “Boo” burger with spicy pickled honey crisp apple slaw, feta cheese and pumpkin spice aioli and a Heath bar brownie tower dessert of Heath and marshmallow fluff, spiced caramel, and chocolate syrup.
In addition, Logan Tavern is serving three Halloween cocktails including the Slimer, featuring whiskey, sour apple and melon, sour mix, green apple jolly rancher.
