The cult film phemon, Heavy Metal Parking Lot, which chronicles the exuberance -- not to mention the hair! -- of the parking lot tailgate before the 1986 performance of Judas Priest in Landover, Maryland, is turning 35 and Songbyrd Music House is screening the documentary to celebrate. In just sixteen short minutes, get a glimpse into the truly fascinating and entertaining subculture of heavy and hair metal. Following the screening, the films creators, Jeff Krulik and John Heyn, will host a discussion on the making of the film.
