Join Les Dames d'Escoffier DC Regional Chapter for a revelational session that promises to expand your horizons and enhance your Thanksgiving and winter festive tables. With Dame Tonya Thomas, executive pastry chef/partner of the H3irloom Food Group in Baltimore, and Nina Oduro, chief executive and co-founder of the D.C.-based Dine Diaspora and co-founder of the group Black Women in Food. They'll present history and give you a few recipes to boot! Tickets for Dames are free, non-members are $25 per person; register here.
