Hot Honey Art of the Cocktail Class at Catoctin Creek Distillery

With their new Hot Honey Rye on the market, Catoctin Creek thought it would be fun to bring back their Art of the Cocktail series, and do a single night of exploration of this new product using some hot honey cocktails!  What's more, Scott and Becky will lead this class together! This class will be a little different from previous ones, as you're going to go deep on how the hot honey is made, including a tasting of the three component honeys individually (buckwheat, wildflower, and clover).  Becky will explain the process of infusion into honey, and you'll even have some habanero flakes for those brave souls who want to try some.
