Ice Cream Class: Profiterole Towers with Magic Chocolate Sauce

Celebrate the new year and the holiday season with a free class hosted by Ice Cream Jubilee founder, Victoria Lai. She'll show you how to make fancy cream puff ice cream sandwiches and decorate them with magic chocolate sauce that you'll make together. Finally, you'll arrange them as Ice Cream Puff Towers and eat them together. All the supplies and ingredients you need for the class will be provided for $29 (includes 2 ice cream pints, 4 cream puff shells, sprinkles, decorative flags, and magic chocolate sauce ingredients).
