Edition one of Immigrant Food+’s Wines of Pilgrimage wine pairing series is officially kicking off. The dinner will include four Spanish-inspired courses and five rare wines. This first event will pay homage to El Camino de Santiago, one of the most popular pilgrimage routes worldwide, and each wine will be selected from Olé and Obrigado’s exclusive portfolio (Wine & Spirits’ Wine Importer of 2020). The curated pairings will include iconic wines by acclaimed winemakers Michel Gillieron, Rodrigo Mendez, and Alberto Orte. Immigrant Food+ is also thrilled to welcome Sommelier Molly Christhilf Finnegan of Olé and Obrigado to guide you through the pairing.
