Celebrate International Women's Day with a Vinyasa yoga class with instructor Kelly Little. at Salamander Middleburg from 5:30 - 6:45 p.m. She will lead you through this all-levels, energetic yoga class that incorporates strength, stretching and balance, while focusing on mindful movement and posture alignment.
