Osteria Morini will be offering an Italian-accented holiday with thoughtfully-prepared Thanksgiving presentations in a three-course, family-style menu. The culinary team at Chef Michael White’s waterfront Osteria is preparing dishes such as handmade ricotta gnocchi with wood-charred butternut squash, cippolini onions, brown butter, and sage, and roasted turkey, rosemary turkey leg stuffing, and turkey sugo. For dessert, double-crusted caramelized apple pie, a slice of apple pie with vanilla gelato. Available on Thanksgiving Day for $68 per person and $35 for children. 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. Osteria Morini's pastry chef Tova Hillman will bring back her pop-up Thanksgiving Pasticceria for the holiday season. Pre-order full pies, like Pumpkin Pie with Marshmallow, addictive Chocolate Bark with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and candied pecans, and assorted cookies & brownies.
