This Chanukah, go beyond latkes and cook alongside Chef Vered Guttman as she fries up some other holiday-themed delicacies to keep you full for all eight nights. The menu includes pampushkes (Ukranian fried stuffed potato balls with cheese and chives), fritada de patata (Sephardi herb and potato frittata), bombolones (Italian donuts) with nutella, and makroud (Tunisian semolina and date cookies). You will receive a zoom link to the virtual class via Eventbrite in your confirmation email, forty-eight hours, two hours, and ten minutes before the class begins.
